- Bahan2 laksa kari.
- Didalam periuk yang sesuai, panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar bersama daun kari hingga wangi. Masukkan serbuk kari & serbuk rempah ketumbar. Kacau sekali sekala hingga elok masak & pecah minyak.
- Kemudian masukkan udang. Tumis lebih kurang 5 minit hingga udang elok masak. Angkat udang bersama sedikit bahan tumis (sambal) & ketepikan sebagai bahan pelengkap. (Reserve as a topping) Tinggalkan baki sambal untuk dimasak menjadi kuah.
- Didalam periuk yang sama masukkan air, dada ayam & serai, kacau hingga kuah sebati dgn baki sambal tadi. Besarkan api hingga kuah mendidih. Kemudian kecilkan api dan renihkan kuah selama 25-30min.
- Masukkan santan & bahan perasa, fishcake, tauhu pok & biarkan mendidih lagi. Balancekan rasa jika ok tutup api..
