- Panaskan oven pada suhu 160c. Gliss n alas loyang saiz 7 inc dgn kertas baking. (Akak guna 2 loyang saiz 7 inc) Satukan & ayak tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder. Selepas ayak masukkan walnut cincang & gaul, ketepikan.
- Pukul butter, gula n vanilla hingga gula hancur. Masukkn telur sebiji demi sebiji. Pukul hingga kembang.
- Campurkn buttermilk selang seli dgn bahan tepung ke dlm bancuhan.
- Dlm bekas kecil lain, masukkn bahan tambahan iaitu baking soda, kemudian tuangkan cuka. Apabila habis buih, masukkn bahan ini dlm adunan tadi & kacau sebati.
- Masukkan kedalam loyang dan bakar selama 45-60 minit pd suhu 160c. Jika guna 2 loyang 7inc macam akk bakar selama 30-35 minit atau hingga masak. Sejukkan kek & hias ikut citarasa dengan cheese frosting 😉. 📝 adunan ni boleh dpt 12 biji cupcakes, bakar pd suhu 180c 20-30min.
