Masukkan buttermilk dan gaul rata. Jgn pukul terlalu lama. Cukup sekadar bercampur rata sahaja. Ambik sedikit adunan anggaran 1 cawan dan beri pewarna hijau. (Saya tak ada warna hijau tetapi saya mencampurkan gabungan warna biru gelap 2 titik dan warna kuning telur 2 titik). Kacau rata. Manakala adunan yang selebih nya diwarnakan dgn warna kuning telur 3-4 titik).

Sediakan 2 loyang saiz 9”x9” dan sapukan dgn sedikit mentega dan dialas dgn baking paper. Panaskan oven dgn suhu 160’c..

Bakar adunan kuning dlm 34 minit/masak. Suhu oven bergantung pd oven masing2. Bakar adunan hijau selama 13 minit/masak. Sejukkan dahulu kek. Keluarkan kek kuning tadi, kikis sedikit bhg atas nya dan sapukan dgn madu. Lapik pula dgn kek hijau. Tekankan sedikit. Kikiskan bhg atas kek dan potong bhg tepi kek. Potong kek ikut saiz yg anda mahu. Untuk membuat buih, saya campurkan susu pekat manis dan air kemudian dipukul dgn sudu je. Bila nampak berbuih, boleh la sudukan ke atas kek tadi. 😁.
