  2. Satukan bhn kering & ketepikan. Satukan bhn bsh kecuali mentega. Kacau rata & campurkan bhn bsh ke dlm bhn kering.. Potato Bread

  3. Gaul rata, masukkan mentega & uli hgga doh tidak melekat di tgn. Uli hgga rata. Tutup doh dgn plastik & simpan di dlm peti sejuk selama 30 minit..
  4. Selepas 30 minit, bhgi doh kpd 8 bhg & leperkan, letak inti kentang & letak sepotong mozarella cheese tutup doh, hati2 jgn smpai terkoyak. (Sy letak inti buttermilk shj).
