- Bahan2 skon labu.

- Masukkan mentega sejuk dan gaul tepung dgn menggunakan hujung jari hingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti Didlm mangkuk lain sebatikan labu yang telah dilecek bersama whipping cream/yogurt.
- Masukkan separuh campuran labu ini kedlm adunan tepung dan gaul sebati. Kemudian masukkan lagi bakinya dan gaul hingga adunan tidak melekat dimangkuk pengadun. Guna spatula atau garfu. Elakkan guna tgn sb haba tgn akn mencairkan mentega dgn cepat. Gaul adunan sekadar sebati sahaja jgn overmix nt scones menjadi keras, jika adunan nampak kering boleh tambah whipping cream/yogurt supaya adunan menjadi lembab & begitu juga sebaliknya.
- Pindahkan doh diatas permukaan yg ditabur tepung. Salutkan tangan dgn tepung dan canai doh menggunakan rolling pin atau tekan2 dengan tangan menjadi rata setebal 1inc.
